Questions people usually have
About Healing Together
What is Healing Together?+
An online relationship program that helps couples improve communication, strengthen emotional connection, and break out of negative patterns, creating secure connection both between the couple and within each individual.
How is this different from typical couples counseling?+
Most approaches focus on communication skills or understanding patterns. Healing Together goes further by working on both the relationship dynamic (Between) and the deeper subconscious emotional patterns driving it (Within), at the same time.
What is the Integrative Relational Transformation (IRT) method?+
A structured approach combining attachment-based relationship principles with subconscious emotional-resolution work, helping couples change patterns at the level where they actually begin, not just manage them on the surface.
Who the program is for
Who is this program helpful for?+
Couples who feel stuck in repeating patterns, want to strengthen their relationship, and are open to growth both between partners and within themselves. It works best when both partners are involved, but change can begin with just one.
Is this therapy?+
No. Healing Together is relationship education and coaching, not psychotherapy. If mental health therapy is needed, we encourage couples to find a therapist to support that.
Who is this not designed for?+
Relationships currently experiencing active domestic violence, an ongoing affair, active severe addiction, or untreated severe mental health instability. Those situations need more specialized care first.
How the program works
What does the program include?+
The 8 Relationship Mastery Sessions with built-in Guided Breakthrough Experiences, plus optional live weekly Connection Labs and Guided Breakthrough Sessions. Every live session is recorded and added to the program library.
Can I go at my own pace?+
Yes. We recommend no more than one session per week, so you have time to practice and integrate what you're learning, but the pacing is up to you.
Do I have to participate live?+
No. Participation in live sessions is optional. Many couples benefit just from listening to the pre-recorded sessions.
What to expect
Is it normal for emotions to come up?+
Yes, and it's a natural part of the process. As couples understand their patterns and access deeper emotions, it's common for feelings to surface, often a sign of meaningful change.
How soon will we see results?+
Many couples notice changes early as they start applying what they learn. Deeper, lasting change develops over time with practice.
We feel stuck. Is that normal?+
Very common. Feeling stuck usually means you're caught in a pattern that needs a different approach, which is exactly what this program is designed to help with.
We've tried other things already. Will this be different?+
Many couples who join us have tried other approaches. Healing Together works on both the relational dynamic and the deeper emotional patterns underneath it, often the missing piece.
Common concerns
My partner isn't fully on board yet.+
That's common. Many couples start that way. As understanding grows and small changes happen, openness often follows, and partners come along.
I feel like this is mostly "my" problem to fix.+
Most couples feel this way at times. The program helps shift both partners out of blame and into understanding the patterns they create together.
What if only one of us changes?+
Also very common. Change often begins with one person becoming more aware and responding differently, and the other person begins to shift toward more engagement.
Is the goal to stop fighting completely?+
No, that's not realistic or necessary. The goal is to help you see the negative patterns, gain the power to interrupt them, and turn toward each other to create more positive ones instead.
Private support, faith, and getting started
What are the private one-on-one sessions?+
Private Deep Dive Sessions with Dr. Conrad, for couples who want additional support working through more complex dynamics. Most couples make significant progress through the core program and live support alone, though.
Do I need to be religious to participate?+
No. Healing Together is faith-friendly but not faith-specific. Some retreats may include optional faith-based elements.
How do I get started?+
Enroll in the program and begin with the first Relationship Mastery Session. From there, you'll be guided step by step.
